Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket/paying an invoice you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Classes and Workshops:

Workshops and class passes are 100% NON refundable.
Classes are paid for in 5 or 10 week blocks. Class passes are only valid within the 5 or 10 week block they were purchased.
If you take more than 1 class a 10% discount is offered on your second class, discount applies to the class with the lowest value. Only valid when paying for a full 10 week term.
If you miss a class, make up sessions are available in any other Soul Dance Circus class. You need to take the make-up session within the same 5 or 10 week block.
If you pay for two consecutive 5 week blocks, you can take a make-up class anytime within the two consecutive 5 week blocks.
Make-up sessions are subject to availability.
In some circumstances, transfers between terms or between people will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All invoices are to be paid in full within two weeks.
Casual classes are charged at $5 more than the term price, casual classes are subject to availability.
For enrolled students who would like to attend a casual session in another class, classes will be charged at the regular term price.
All tickets for specialty workshops are to be paid in full to confirm your place.
In the event that a class must be cancelled a makeup up class will be offered at the end of term during school holidays. In the event that a makup class can not be provided, a credit or refund will be issued.

Events and Entertainment:

Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed. With the balance invoiced following delivery of the entertainment and payable within 2 weeks.
Postponement of an event is subject to availability of performers.
Where a booking cancels in excess of 30 days prior to the booking, 20% of the amount of the booking will be charged.
Where a booking cancels within 21-30 days of a booking, 50% of the amount of the booking will be charged.
Where a booking cancels within 0-20 days prior to a booking, 75% of the amount of the booking will be charged.
