This class is great for anyone wanting to work at a more advanced level or for students of any skill level who are wanting to really improve their practice. You can work on specific techniques, movement concepts and choreography in the air. 

Capacity is 1 to 3 students.

Flexibility & Strength/Hula Hoop.
