
Flexibility
and Strength
This class is designed to increase strength and flexibility in an enjoyable and holistic way. Combining Barre á Terre, yoga, dance, circus training and the science of flexibility. Utilizing a range of techniques: passive, active, dynamic, weight bearing and PNF stretching. Whilst recognising and focusing on the role of our nervous system and mental/emotional bodies.
The class is a great complementary practice for other movement disciplines, such as acrobatics, aerials or dance. Or for anyone who wants to improve their overall movement and well being. I can guarantee you will leave this class feeling better than you arrived!

Inherent muscle strengthening for posture and alignment

Strengthening muscles through their entire range of motion

Allowing our nervous system to become comfortable with new ranges of motion

Tues 7pm - 8.30pm
Thurs 5.20-6.50pm

Cost: $23.50 per class charged in 5 or 10 week blocks.
Casual Classes - $28.50 (subject to availability)
